I want to start a program here in Oregon, but am having
issues. I would like to donate 50% of the profit from each transaction to the
clients favorite charity (federally recognized 501-3-c). But, this is seen as
possibly a referral fee to an unlicensed person. Can you share with me about
how you are able to do this?
